During onboarding, users are required to answer a small number of personalization questions and choose a nickname.
Signing in with Apple, Google, or email is required only if the user chooses to subscribe.
The App does not display ads and does not sell personal data.

To personalize the experience, the App requires:

Motivation or goal selections (e.g., reduce stress, improve sleep)
Meditation experience level
Nickname / display name

The nickname:

Does not need to be your real name
Is chosen freely by you
Is used only as a display name within the App

We do not require real names.

B. Account and Authentication Information

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:

Anonymous user identifier (when using the App without signing in)
Apple or Google sign-in identifier (if you choose to sign in)
Email address (only if you choose email sign-in)
Subscription status (active/inactive, plan type)

We do not store plain-text passwords.

C. App Usage and Practice Data

We collect data necessary to provide the App’s core features, including:

Daily agenda or routine items you create
Completion status of practices
Meditation sessions, durations, and streaks

Participation in gamified spiritual practices

If you start using the App anonymously and later sign in, your anonymous data may be linked to your signed-in account to preserve progress.

If you uninstall the App without upgrading/signing in, anonymous data may be lost.
