Terms of Service — One Meditation App

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using One Meditation App (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

One Meditation App provides meditation and mindfulness tools, including:

Meditation timers and tracking
A daily agenda or routine feature
A shared “Oneness” meditation space
Guided and user-uploaded meditation audio
Gamified spiritual practices
Optional rankings or leaderboards

Some features are free. Others require a paid subscription.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4. Onboarding and Personalization

To use the App, users must:

Answer onboarding questions related to goals and meditation experience
Choose a nickname used as a display name

The nickname:

Does not need to be a real name
Is not intended to identify you personally

5. Accounts and Access

A. Anonymous Use

The App may be used anonymously without signing in.

Signing in with Apple, Google, or email is required only to access subscription-based features.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

The App offers a “Free” version and a “Premium” subscription (“One Premium”) that unlocks all content.

A. Subscription Plans

Monthly Subscription: Billed once a month.
Annual Subscription: Billed once a year.

B. Payment & Auto-Renewal

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (iTunes) or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal Cost: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen plan.
Management: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on your device after purchase.
No Refunds: Unused portions of the subscription period are not refundable, except where required by law. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

7. User Content

You may submit content such as:

Meditation audio files
Intentions shared in the Oneness space

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a limited license to store and display it solely to operate the App.

Some content may be visible to other users.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the App unlawfully or abusively
Interfere with App operation
Reverse-engineer or copy the App
Upload malicious or infringing content
Bypass feature or subscription limits

9. Intellectual Property

All App content, design, trademarks, and source code belong to One Meditation App (by Nicolas S.), except user-generated content.

10. Health Disclaimer

The App is provided for general wellness purposes only.

It is not a medical or therapeutic service and does not replace professional care.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Meditation App (by Nicolas S.) shall not be liable for damages, loss of data, or effects arising from use of the App.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
